From the friendly atmosphere to the themed decorations, nothing will satisfy you more than the fine cuisine, pleasant service and great location.

The owners of Wild Brumby Schnapps Distillery have created the perfect place to relax après ski.

Their Austrian Mountain theme sees the waiters in Lederhosen, deer antler as decorations and food that complements the European style of the restaurant.

From the moment you walk in, the friendly atmosphere will warm your heart. But, in case you need something else to help you warm up, Schnappy Hour begins at four o'clock, and with flavours like Pink Lady Apple, Obstler and the signature Raspberry flavour, you will be warm to the bone in no time!

The meals are very tasty and affordable, and the drinks are delicious! There is live music six nights a week, with dinner being served from six o'clock.

"Hospitality isn't rocket science, you've just got to look after people," said Michael Comdello, the Maître D'.

So apart from great service, a friendly atmosphere, live music and great food and drinks; what more can the Knickerbocker offer?

Well, the paintings on the wall are by the owner and artist Brad Spalding, and to keep the kiddies occupied, the Knickerbocker has colouring in pencils and placemats so they can try out their own artistic skills.
